(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests between February 9th and February 12th.
Lucas Stone, 25, of Atlantic, was arrested February 12th for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Stone was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held until his later release on his own recognizance.
Nicholas Paulsen, 42, of Atlantic, was arrested February 12th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Paulsen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held until his later release on his own recognizance.
Stephen Ross, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested February 12th for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Ross was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held until his later release on his own recognizance.
Mikayla Waldron, 20, of Atlantic, was arrested February 12th on an active Arrest Warrant. Waldron was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held until her later release on her own recognizance.
Dalton Christensen, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested February 11th on two active Arrest Warrants. Christensen was booked into the Cass County Jail and subsequently released on bond.
Tamora McGee, 18, of Atlantic, was arrested February 10th on an active Arrest Warrant. McGee was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held until her later release on her own recognizance.
Donovan Bruning, 28, of Griswold, was arrested February 9th on an active Arrest Warrant. Bruning was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Robert Joens, 28, of Exira, was arrested February 9th on three active Arrest Warrants. Joens was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
