Adair County Sheriff’s Report

(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

Ethan James Holman, 24, of Bridgewater, was arrested January 16^th for Domestic Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. Holman was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Kristina Marie Merical, 55, of Greenfield, was arrested January 17^th on a warrant for Controlled Substance Violation. Merical was held on $1,000 cash only bond.

Ryan Lee Cumming, 48, of Des Moines, was arrested January 21^st on a warrant for Driving While Barred. Cumming was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

It should be noted a criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
