(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Colin Joseph Clark, 36, of Harlan, was arrested January 13th on an active Pottawattamie County warrant. Clark was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Brent Michael Swisher, 39, of Harlan, was arrested January 13th on an active Shelby County warrant. Swisher was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
