(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department has released their arrest report for December 23rd through January 1st.
Kaleigh Marie Turner, 31, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 23rd. Turner was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with driving while barred, defective muffler, and no proof of insurance.
Keith Larenta Wiilson, 32, Akron, Ohio, was arrested following a call for service on December 23rd. Wiilson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts.
Nicholas James Nelson, 36, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a call for service on December 23rd. Nelson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of stolen property.
Preston Max Russell, 21, of Kirkman, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 25th. Russell was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, prohibited acts penalties, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
Two subjects were arrested following a call for service on December 25th. Sterling Svend Holley, 28, Murdock, Nebraska and Phillip Keith May, 32, Early, Texas were both transported to the Shelby County Jail. Holley was charged with prohibited acts penalties, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. May was charged with prohibited acts penalties and possession of a controlled substance.
Hugo Gallegos Reyes, 52, Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 1st. Gallegos Reyes was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated, failure to have a valid driver’s license, and speed.
