(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested three individuals on warrants.
Jeannie Kleymann, 38, of Nebraska, was arrested January 3rd on a warrant for 4th degree theft. Kleymann was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held. She was later released on bond.
Itatipei Rudolph, 30, of Atlantic, was arrested January 5th on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Rudolph was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Monty Casteel, 43, of Clarinda, was arrested January 6th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Casteel was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
