(Malvern) On Monday evening, Red Oak Fire Chief John Bruce released an aerial view of the fire that gutted a grocery store in Malvern.
The call went out at around 5:45 p.m. at Mulholland Grocery, at 409 Main Street in Malvern. Mills County Emergency Management says 11 fire departments from surrounding counties battled the blaze.
Red Oak Fire Chief John Bruce says the second and third floors collapsed into the basement. He says outstanding fire suppression by responding fire departments contained this fire to just the grocery store with no extension to the neighboring businesses.
