(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Robert Dale Filloon, 31, of Sioux City, in the 1800 block of N. 4th Street on Saturday for OWI 2nd Offense and Driving While Suspended. Filloon was held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Benjamin Maxell of Nebraska on Saturday for OWI 1st Offense after Deputies took a report of an accident on Highway 34 and G Avenue. Maxell was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.
