(Dubuque, IA) Authorities are investigating the death of a man at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds. Investigators say the worker was found dead in their sleeping quarters Monday and was likely due to natural causes. Sheriff Joe Kennedy said on Facebook, “apparently, there are people on social media attributing this death to the Ferris wheel ride. That rumor is completely false.” Sheriff Kennedy says there is no association between the incident and the safety of the fair rides or attractions.
