(Elk Horn) Dave Sturm of Snyder and Associates reminds motorists and residents that Washington Street (F58) and Salem Street will close on Monday for sewer repairs. Sturm says the intersection will be closed for approximately two weeks, depending on the weather.
As we reported earlier, road construction work on Highway 6 between Highway 71 near Atlantic, and Highway 48 near Lewis, will require intermittent lane closures on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. starting on Monday, July 19, until August 5th- weather permitting. Flaggers will control traffic with a pilot car. A 16-foot lane width will be in effect.
