(Harlan) A tow ban is in effect for Shelby County. According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Facebook Page, roadways are covered from where previous plows have been! The National Weather Service is forecasting four to eight inches of snow in this area.
The Sheriff’s Office advises residents to stay home for a few hours! Snowfall is coming down quickly, causing some visibility issues, and roadways are becoming covered and slick! Crews are out and about to clearing the roadways.
