(Atlantic) The Atlantic Parks and Recreation’s first annual Snow Sculpture Building Contest continues through the month of February.
Parks and Recreation Director Bryant Rasmussen said you can build a simple snowman or a fun snow sculpture; you can build it at your house or even in one of the City parks.
“Take a picture of it, give it a title and give us your name and either do a direct message on Facebook or you can email it to brasmussen@cityofatlantic.com and then we’ll put together a photo folder of everything and push it out toward the end of the month and allow people to see the different sculptures that have been made around the City of Atlantic and they can vote on their favorite one,” explained Rasmussen.
Rasmussen said they are working with the Chamber to give $25 in Chamber Bucks to the favorite Snow Sculpture.
