Montgomery County Man Arrested on Theft Charges

(Red Oak) Montgomery County deputies arrested a Red Oak man on Thursday on charges of 5th degree theft.

According to the report, deputies took 68-year-old Randall Dean Cooper into custody at around 11:15 a.m. They transported him to the Montgomery County Corrections, where he later posted bond and was released.
