CAM’s hitters have some impressive stats like the top two hitters Carson McKee hitting .448 with 18 RBI and Zach Kauffman at .416, 1 HR and 22 RBI but Brix says you cannot let up against anybody in the line up
Brix will not commit to saying who his starting pitcher will be — Sophomore Camdyn Dresen did throw 82 pitches on Friday so he is eligible. Kip Lamp and Taylen Hansen will also be in the mix. Whoever is throwing, Brix is counting on them to find the plate
CAM Head Coach Mick Long will commit to Carson McKee getting the start tonight — the Junior threw 60 pitches on Friday and allowed 3 runs, 1 ER on 5 hits, walked one, struck out 4 and had 3 HBP against Riverside. Long says they have been working with McKee to correct the hit batters
After the first round 7-4 over Riverside, Sophomore SS Zach Kauffman admitted that some key hitters had some slumps towards the end of the season. Long says there is no time for that — its time to swing the bats and the win over the Bulldogs created some confidence
