(Red Oak, IA) — At 4:00 pm on July 3, Red Oak Police Officers arrested Jeremiah Foote on charges of OWI 1st Offense and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon While Intoxicated at the intersection of 8th Street and Summit Street. Foote was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $1,000 bond.
