(Griswold) The American Legion Auxiliary Post 508 will host ‘Be The One’ suicide prevention training in Griswold next week as part of the American Legion’s initiative to reduce veteran and servicemember suicide.
Mitch Brahms, American Legion Department of Iowa 7th District Commander, said everyone is invited to attend the training free of charge.
He noted that the program is not therapy, is not a 24/7 commitment, and may not be for everyone.
The training will be held at the Griswold Legion Building on Tuesday, June 23rd at 6:00 p.m.
