(Red Oak, IA) — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reported two arrests on Monday.
At 6:34 pm, 41 year old Randon Daniel Phelps of Red Oak was arrested in the 1200 block of Senate Ave in Red Oak on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance — marijuana 2nd offense. Phelps was taken into custody and turned over to Cass County deputies where he was being held in the Cass County Jail on $2,000 bond.
At around 10:00 pm, 31 year old Christian Monreal Sempek of Elliott, IA was arrested in the 300 block of 5th Street in Elliott. Sempeck was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for violation of probation. Sempek was taken into custody and turned over to Cass County Deputies where he was being held in the Cass County Jail on $1,000 bond.
