(Red Oak) A Villisca woman faces OWI charges following her arrest late Saturday night in Montgomery County.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 27-year-old Shelby Ann Nelson of Villisca in the 3200 block of Highway 34 at around 10:30 p.m. Authorities transported Nelson to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated-2nd offense, and having an open container.
Nelson was held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
