Supporters Push To Make E-15 Year Round Permanent, But Oil And Gas Industry Is Pushing Back

(Washington DC) — A push to make E-15 ethanol gas blend year-round all the time is getting push-back in Washington. U.S. Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa.

U.S. Senator Joni Ernst believes this would be a major boost for Iowa farmers.

President Trump has ordered the EPA to drop the E-15 restriction this summer because of high gas prices. But, so far, Congress has been unable to get a permanent year-round E-15 bill passed.
