(Red Oak)b The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents in the county to give emergency crews and utility workers the space they need to begin cleanup and restoration. A severe storm passed through the area this evening, causing damage.
Check on your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who may need help, especially the elderly or those with special needs. Avoid unnecessary travel in damaged areas so first responders, road crews, and emergency personnel can work safely and efficiently.
The strong winds knocked down trees and power lines, which could have caused several structure fires.
If you’ve experienced storm damage, feel free to share pictures in the comments.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
