(Carroll) Kuemper topped the ten-team field at the Kuemper-Catholic Ladies’ Girls’ Invitational Golf Tournament on Friday at the Carroll National Golf Club. The Knights shot a 354.
There were 60 players competing in the tournament. Brinley Carlson, of Roland-Story, earned medalist honors with a 73, and Taylor Rasmussen, of Clarinda, finished runner-up with a 74.
For Atlantic, Madison McLaren led the way with a 12th place 91, Makenna Schroeder finished 17th with a 97, Reese Ball, 31st, 107, Nevaeh Fewson, 39th with a 108, Mary Leonard shot a 111 and ended up 44th, and Hope Hammontree shot a 293, and shot a 293.
