As part of the selection process, each candidate will visit the district on Wednesday, April 22. The visit will include a tour of the schools and surrounding communities, along with a series of interviews conducted throughout the day. Four committees will participate in the interview process, representing students, certified and support staff, parents and community members, and district leadership, including administration, the School Business Official, and department heads.
Following the interviews, committee members will share their feedback with the School Board to help guide the final decision. All interviews will take place at Riverside Middle School/High School.
The School Board emphasized the importance of community input in selecting the district’s next leader and expressed appreciation for those participating in the process. Final interviews with each candidate will be held by the Board later that evening, followed by deliberations. A public announcement is expected on April 23.
