(Red Oak) A Villisca man is facing drug possession charges following a traffic stop in Montgomery County. On Sunday night, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 71-year-old Robert Allen Blank in the 1100 block of Highway 34. He was taken into custody on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
In a separate incident, deputies arrested 27-year-old Candelaria Lopez-Castaneda from Omaha, Nebraska, for operating while intoxicated (OWI) 1st offense. She was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where Lopez -Castaneda was being held on a $300 bond.
