(Council Bluffs) The Iowa West Foundation recently awarded $2.7 million in grants and initiatives.
Brenda Mainwaring, President & CEO of Iowa West Foundation, told the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday that a lot of the awards went to address housing and financial stability, and workforce training.
Mainwaring said they also scholar-shipped several communities for the Iowa Rural Summit.
