(Red Oak, IA) — The Red Oak police department made multiple arrests related to an incident that took place on Thursday, April 2 in the 500 block of West Coolbaugh St., also known as the boat ramp area where the levee system on the west of Red Oak was vandalized
19 year old Rachelle Baldwin was arrested in the 900 block of Hammond St. on the charge of Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree and was transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center and held on $2,000 cash bond.
Plus, three 17 year old male juveniles — were arrested on the charge of Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree. Two are from Red Oak and one is from Carson, IA. All three juveniles were transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center where he was processed and later transported to the Southwest Iowa Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs.
