(Denison) Some of the region’s top 4-H and FFA showmen and their livestock competed Wednesday night at the Crawford County Fairgrounds in Denison for the 8th annual “Best of the West” Show. The competitors advanced after winning the overall titles at their respective county fairs. The participating counties in the event included: Audubon, Cass, Carroll, Crawford, Harrison, Ida, Monona, Sac, Shelby, and Woodbury. The winners now advance to Oskaloosa on Sunday, August 3.
