(Harlan, IA) — The Harlan girls golf team will not start their season until the middle part of the month so Head Coach Todd Bladt has some time to get the girls out on the course for practice. There is no question that Senior Macy Mueller is the leader. She was the only junior on last year’s squad and had one of the better scores on the Cyclones. Bladt says she can rip it but she needs to improve her short game

Audio PlayerThere are only seven out for golf this year for the Cyclones girls and two of them dual sport — Bristol Loudy in track and Alexa Powers in tennis. There is also Katelyn Ryan who moved to New York but has come back to Harlan this year and Sienna Michaels who can hit the ball a long way says Bladt and Tobie Bachman rounds out the team. Bladt is trying to help all his golfers with the mental approach to the game
