(Area) The Hawkeye Ten Conference has adjusted its admission fees for high school and middle school athletic events for the 2024-2025 school year. The conference has decided to do so to continue providing exceptional athletic experiences for students while ensuring program sustainability.
Starting in the fall of 2024, adult admission for high school athletic events will be increased from $6 to $7, while student admission will remain at $6 for Kindergarten through 12th grade students. Similarly, for middle school athletic events, adult admission will be raised from $4 to $5, and student admission will increase from $3 to $4.
This decision was made after careful consideration and consultation with stakeholders across member communities. The conference understands that adjustments to admission fees may be a change for fans but believes these adjustments are necessary to maintain the high standard of athletic programming that the Hawkeye Ten Conference is known for.
Officials noted that these adjustments will directly support student-athletes, coaches, and athletic programs across the conference. By investing in athletic events, fans support student-athletes development and contribute to the community’s overall strength and vibrancy.
