(Boone, IA) – The IHSAA released their high school golf postseason sites for the 2024 season. Sectional meets will take place on Wednesday, May 8th in an 18-hole competition or May 7th depending on the course availability. Both the team and individual qualifiers from the Sectional meets will advance on to the district meets. District meets will take place on Monday, May 13th, or May 14th depending on the course availability. The team and individual qualifiers from the District meets will move on to the State Golf Championships that are set for Monday and Tuesday, May 20th and 21st in Ames.
Class 1A State Championships will be held at the Ames Golf and Country Club. Looking at Class 2A, the teams and individuals will face off at the Coldwater Golf Links. Last is Class 3A at the Veenker Golf Course. All team assignments for the golf meets will be posted next week on Thursday or Friday. You can find all the host sites below.
