(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports six arrests over the weekend.
*On Saturday, Police arrested 30-year-old Christopher Michael Murphy of 1106 E Townline at 207 E Montgomery. Murphy was charged with Providing False Identification Information, Consuming an Alcoholic Beverage in a Public Place 1st Offense, and Disorderly Conduct with Raucous Noise. Murphy was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $900 cash or surety bond.
*On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 28-year-old Emily Louise Maxfield of Melcher at the Creston Union County LEC. Maxfield was charged on a Union County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Offense, and a Class D Felony. Maxfield is held in the Adams County Jail on a $ 5,000 cash or surety bond.
*On Sunday, Police arrested 18-year-old Colby Dean Nelson of Lenox at the intersection of Spencer and Spruce. Nelson was charged with OWI 1st, Persons Ineligible to Carry a Dangerous Weapon, Interference with Official Acts, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana 1st Offense, and Carrying a Weapon while Intoxicated. Nelson was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $4300 cash or surety bond.
*On Sunday, Police arrested 19-year-old Jamison William Reed of 419 New York, at the intersection of Spencer and Spruce. Reed was charged with a Polk County Warrant for Probation Violation on an original charge for Assault with bodily injury or mental illness. Reed is being held in the Union County Jail on no bond, awaiting extradition to Polk County.
*On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Hunter Michael Ray Patterson, 20, of 508 ½ W Prairie, at the Creston Union County LEC. Patterson was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Raucous Noise. Patterson was released on Promise to Appear.
*On Sunday, Police arrested 25-year-old Isaac Wayne Hayes of N Mulberry at the Creston Union County LEC. Hayes was charged with OWI’s 1st Offense. Hayes was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $1000 cash or surety bond.
