(Atlantic) Golfers head to Sunday’s third and final day of the 65th Annual Tournament Champions at the Atlantic Golf and Country Club.
Ross Martens carded a five-under-par 64 in the open division on Saturday and leads the field at -6. Matt Haley is three strokes back at three under, Alec Fuhs, and Zach Christiansen, are tied for third at two under par. The rest of the top ten scores include; Elijah Block, Hank Weresh, and Justin Livingston, even par. Alex Bireline, Jared Koch, and Matt Weresh are +1.
Chris Nelson leads the senior division with a one over par 139. Nelson shot a first-round score of 70 and carded a one-under-par 68 on Saturday. Bret Taylor, Darby McLaren, and Shane Burmeister, +4. Darran Baker, Daryl Armstrong, and Scott Retzlaff are +5; Bill Matzdorg is +6; Mike Marten and Eric Brown are +7.
