(Des Moines) A Des Moines man is accused of causing more than a quarter of a million dollars in damage in two separate shootings downtown. Police say 21-year-old Theo Larkpor is accused of shooting out a window at a downtown hotel on May 27th. He’s also accused of causing nearly 250 thousand dollars in damage to a building near the Pappajohn Sculpture Park on June 6th. Larkpor is facing several charges.
