(Atlantic) The Atlantic girl’s golf team closed out the regular season with an undefeated dual record with a win over Harlan, 189-193.
“This was a great match,” said Atlantic Head Coach Kathy Hobson. “It was a very competitive head-to-head match.
“This closes out an undefeated regular season, plus the Hawkeye Ten Tournament title,” Hobson said. “Those were two things we hoped to accomplish this season.”

Belle Berg of Atlantic finished runner-up with a 45. Makenna Schroeder shot 47, Abby Smith, 48, Abby Muller, 49, Lexi Knoelck, 49, and Emma Rose fired a 55.
“This was McKenna Schroeder’s best nine-hole score this season,” said Hobson. “Belle Berg drained three pars, Muller one, and Schroeder sank two pars.”
Atlantic opens post-season play on Wednesday at a Regional Tournament at Carroll.
