(Johnson County, IA) — A man was injured Tuesday in Johnson County when his horse-drawn buggy was hit by a car. KWWL/TV reports 63-year-old John Mast says his vision was blocked by a glare and he hit the buggy. The buggy driver, 75-year-old Simon Borkholder, was taken to the hospital where he was in stable condition.
