(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests between May 21st and May 26th on charges ranging from drug offenses to theft and domestic contact order violations.
Miles Blake Cooley, 41, of Anita, was arrested on May 21st for Possession of Marijuana-3rd. Cooley was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Michael Thomas Brosam, 46, of Knoxville, was arrested on May 23rd on an active Atlantic Police Department warrant on the charges of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly and Theft 1st Degree > $10,000 (Fraud). Brosam was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Ky Patrick Christell, 42, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on May 25th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Christell was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked released on a guilty plea.
Lisa Marie King, 42, of Cumberland, was arrested on May 26th for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order. King was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Tyler Lee Crawley, 36, of Cumberland, was arrested on May 26th for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order. Crawley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
