(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a man involved in a single-vehicle property damage accident at Fountain Park on Wednesday evening.
Police located the heavily damaged pickup at 2nd and Prospect, and the driver, 67-year old Randall Joe Barr of Red Oak. Barr was not hurt, but the 2003 Ford Ranger pickup sustained an estimated $6,000 damage. The damage to Fountain Square is estimated at $5,000.00. A 1978 Chevrolet Malibu received an estimated $1,000 in damage.
Officers arrested Barr for OWI 1st Offense, transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, and held him on a $1,000 cash bond.
