(Marshalltown) A Marshall County woman died in a motorcycle/SUV accident in Marshall County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 9:22 p.m. on Main Street Road, just west of Wallace Avenue. Shelly Anne Tuttle, 48, of Marshalltown, died in the crash.
According to the report, an eastbound 2013 Ford Escape driven by 17-year old Jadyn Lynn Palmer of Marshalltown struck the back of the eastbound 2007 Honda motorcycle driven by Tuttle. Tuttle was ejected and died at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Marshalltown Police Department, and Marshall County EMS assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene.
