(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested Bailey McClarnon of Clarinda on Friday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two counts of Child Endangerment. The charges stem from a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and O Avenue. Deputies transported McClarnon to the Montgomery County Jail. McLarnon was held on a $2,000 bond.
