(Glenwood) One arrest and one accident resulting in injury appear on the Mills County Sheriff’s Office report.
Arrested on Monday was 45-year-old Ausencio Martin Rivera, of Omaha. Rivera was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation and held on $5,000 bond.
28-year-old Christian Ladron De Guevara, of Omaha, was injured when the van they were driving made contact with a culvert causing it to go airborne. The 2010 Hyundai van was traveling south on 221st Street Friday evening when it left the roadway. After striking a culvert the van flipped and landed on its top. De Gevara was transported by ambulance to UNMC with injuries. The Glenwood Water Tower fence sustained damage in the accident.
