Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.

Victoria Anne Griffen, 24, was arrested on Saturday after a Deputy observed a Chevrolet Equinox in the center of the median at the 8 mile marker of I-80. Griffen was charged with Operating While Intoxicated First Offense and Failure to Maintain Control of Motor Vehicle.

David Michael Theisen, 35, was arrested following a traffic stop in Carson on February 18th. Theisen was charged with Driving While Barred.
