(Pottawattamie County) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports Jason Lee Badberg, 37, was arrested on February 16th after Deputies executed a search warrant at 707 North Chestnut Street in Avoca. Badberg was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense (Marijuana).
Brenda Boyerman, 31, and Leighanna Ruth Walker, 28, were arrested following a traffic stop at McPherson and Highway 6 on February 15th. Boyerman was charged with Child Endangerment, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Walker was charged with Child Endangerment.
Jose Orlando Maes Jr., 36, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested on February 12th for Willful Failure to Stop for Law Enforcement and Fugitive from Justice. The Sheriff’s Office says Council Bluffs police attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Harrah’s Casino and the vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit ensued.
Matthew Mark Kurth, 31, was arrested following a traffic stop in Hancock on February 11th for Driving While Barred- Habitual Offender and on a warrant from another Iowa agency.
Lee Jung Hoon Hansen, 60, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop in Avoca on February 14th. Hansen was charged with Driving While Barred- Habitual Offender.
