(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
David Vincent Grund Jr., of Council Bluffs, was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant for two counts of Theft 1st. Bond was set at $20,000.
Helen Elain Tuper, 41, of Malvern, was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant for Child Endangerment. Bond was set at $1,000.
Shawntae Dazell Lobley, 49, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested Monday for Fugitive from Justice. Lobley was held on no bond.
Samantha Dawn Shatava, 23, of Glenwood, was arrested Monday on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $300.
