Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Andrew Deshong, 23, was arrested January 14^th after Deputies were called to the 41000 block of Industrial Road for an assault call. Deshong was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness.

Gary Lee James, 75, was arrested January 14^th for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense and Preventing the Apprehension of a Person.

Jim Wayne Metzger, 49, was arrested in Crescent on January 12^th on a U.S. Marshall’s warrant.

Damien Joseph Keairns, 38, was arrested during a traffic stop on January 11^th on a hold for another Iowa agency.

Tina Shannon, 40, turned herself in on January 14^th on a warrant for Fraudulent Practice 2^nd Degree.

Four juveniles (Two 15-year-old Females, a 15-year-old Male and a 7-year-old Male) were charged with Possession/Purchase of Alcohol by a Person under 18 after Deputies were dispatched to the Treynor High School on January 12^th.
