(Adair Co.) An Arkansas man was arrested after officers were called to a noise complaint in Stuart on August 30th.
The Stuart Police Department charged 23-year-old Dalton Lee Redus, of Oak Grove, with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st and Public Intoxication.
Bond was set at $1,300 cash or surety. Redus was released on bond later that day.
