Motorcyclist Seriously Hurt In Scott Co Crash
(Scott Co., IA) — A motorcyclist is seriously hurt following a crash in Scott County. Authorities say the accident happened early Saturday at the Walcott Mobile Home Park when a man riding a motorcycle ran a stop sign and hit two parked vehicles. The rider was sent to the hospital in critical condition. The accident remains under investigation.
Two Marshalltown Men Accused Of Shooting At Home Saturday Morning Face Attempted Murder Charges
(Marshalltown, IA) — Two men accused of shooting at a home in Marshalltown Saturday are facing attempted murder charges. Police say they got a report of a potential drive-by shooting on North 14th Avenue Saturday. Investigators say there was evidence the house had been shot at, but no one was injured. Tyree Rudolph and Jeremiah McMullen were identified as persons of interest and arrested on Sunday. Both are facing multiple charges, including two counts of attempted murder and tampering with a witness. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Marshalltown Police.
Triple-A Offering Free Tow-to-Go Service Through Tuesday Morning
(Des Moines, IA) — Triple-A is offering its free Tow-to-Go program for Iowa drivers through tomorrow morning. Brian Ortner with Triple A says the program takes an impaired driver and their vehicle to a safe place within ten miles for free until 6 a.m. Tuesday. It’s available to both Triple-A members and non-members.
