(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released details on four recent arrests.
Alaina Sue Abild, 22, of Griswold, was arrested on July 13th on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Abild was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Stephen Bryan Youngs, 45, of Clarinda, was arrested on July 14th for charges of OWI – 2nd Offense and Driving while Barred. Youngs was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Kara Hope Kelly, 29, of Atlantic, was arrested on July 16th for Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit, Interference with Official Acts, and Reckless Driving. Kelly was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested on July 16th for Domestic Assault with Bodily Injury – 1st. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
