(Des Moines) The Iowa State Park Passport is back in 2026 with more than 60 state parks and forests featured.
John Lorenzen, with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, said you can download the State Park Passport App on your phone and follow the set up directions.
New this year is a photo contest opportunity. As you explore Iowa state parks and forests, you can submit your photos into the contest for a chance to be featured on social media.
