(Guthrie Center, IA) — The Guthrie County EMS Advisory Council will attempt to get public feedback this month on emergency medical services to the county. The council will be asking county residents to complete a survey — Supervisor Maggie Armstrong says the council has approved 20 questions that will be sent out soon
Armstrong says the survey takes about 10 minutes — the Advisory Council has been meeting since March to recommend the best way to provide ambulance and emergency service to the county. The Supervisors voted late 2025 voted to declare EMS as an essential service to the county. The survey will close on July 3.
