(Des Moines) No decision was made on a bill that would have banned the use of eminent domain for carbon capture pipelines in Iowa. The bill failed to make it across the finish line during the Iowa legislative session, which ended Sunday.
Jan Norris, of West Township, commented on the decision during Tuesday’s Montgomery County Board of Supervisors meeting.
