(Atlantic) A one-of-a-kind STEM camp, Camp Invention, is coming back to Atlantic this summer.
Camp Invention is June 8-12 and is open to Kindergarten through 6th grade students.
Becky Reinig, Atlantic First Grade Teacher and Camp Invention Instructor, said the theme this year is “Spark”.
Macie Harringa, Computer Science Teacher and Camp Invention Director, said they have some scholarships available to help cover the cost of the camp.
Becky Reinig said this is a great opportunity for students to get involved in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Camp Invention will be held at Washington Elementary School from 8AM to 3 PM, June 8-12. Macie Harringa said the summer food program will be available during this camp.
