(Atlantic) On Wednesday night, the #10 Atlantic Girl’s Softball team picked up a 12-1 road win at Kuemper, Catholic. The Trojans got off to a great start with four runs in the top of the first inning, three more in the second, two in the fifth, and three more in the seventh.
Atlantic Head Coach Terry Hinzmann says Riley Wood pitched a great game, allowing one run on three hits.
Atlantic travels to Audubon tonight, hosts Estherville-Lincoln Central and Carlisle on Friday, and hosts its Tournament on Saturday. Atlantic is now 5-2 on the season.
